We all know that group runs occur in Long Beach every Saturday (though it can be tough for those that live in OC to make it!) We wanted to get together for the long runs on Saturdays in Irvine near a fun trail. It can be hard to stay motivated to run let alone get up on Saturday mornings to run.
We would like to meet at 7:30 and follow the same run schedule. We all need a little encouragement and it's proven that running in groups helps with that. We will begin meeting this Saturday, 7/2 meeting at Harvard Community Park in Irvine off of Walnut and Harvard. From there, we will run down the Peters Canyon trail. We will begin with a stretch together then run 50 minutes. We will also bring some post run snacks to refuel us.
